1. Purpose of Service
Guurkaal is a halal matrimonial matchmaking platform designed to assist practicing Muslims and Somali singles worldwide in finding a lawful marriage partner (Nikah) in accordance with Islamic principles and cultural integrity.
2. Eligibility & Conduct
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Guurkaal.
- You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal details.
- Inappropriate behavior, harassment, fraud, solicitation, or sharing offensive media is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent ban.
3. Matrimonial Offers & Financials
Any marriage offers (such as Mahr, Gabati, or financial proposals) agreed upon between prospective partners are voluntary. Guurkaal does not hold or arbitrate personal marriage settlement funds directly.
4. Termination & Account Removal
You may terminate your account at any time via the in-app settings or through our Account Deletion Page. Guurkaal reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts violating our guidelines without prior notice.
